How long does a project normally take?

Depending on the complexity and the size of the job. Our proven track record has been a single  dwelling house – up to 4 months and a multi unit development – up to 7 months.

How long will it take to start my project if I was ready to start?

We can start straight away, provided all of the documents, permits and approvals are in place.

How much do you charge a square?

This can only be be worked out once we received all required documents and specifications, no one project is ever the same. Rest assured that our prices are competitive and realistic in the current market standards.

Can you organise demolition?

Yes, we can organise and ensure that the site levels are cut; to commence construction straight away.

Is the building permit included?

If you require it, we shall include it in the contract price or we can engage our building surveyors where you can deal directly with their company.

Can I go to the site and see the project?

With prior arrangements and appointments made with our staff members to avoid and Health and Safety issues. Always check the site conditions and progress with our office first.
